Q: Do you work with end users or property owners directly?
A: No. We manufacture exclusively for sign companies, general contractors, and trade professionals. If you’re an end user, we’re happy to refer you to one of our trade partners in the Tampa Bay area.

Q: Do you offer installation services?
A: No. We’re a manufacturing partner, not a competitor. Your installation relationship with your client stays yours.

Q: Can I white-label your work?
A: Yes. We don’t brand our work, and we’re happy to sign NDAs for sensitive projects.

Q: What’s your typical turnaround time?
A: 2 days for most projects. Rush service available for time-sensitive work.

Q: Do you offer volume or production run pricing?
A: Yes. We offer preferred pricing for production runs and recurring trade partners. Contact us for a quote.

Q: Do you have minimum order quantities?
A: No minimums. We handle single pieces to production runs.

Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: AI, EPS, and PDF for print-ready artwork. DXF files are accepted for CNC routing and cutting specifications only, as they do not contain color or imaging data required for UV printing. For projects requiring both printing and routing, please provide separate files. See our File Prep Standards page for detailed specifications.

Q: What substrates can you print on?
A: We print directly on rigid substrates including ACM, PVC, acrylic, wood, and other materials. Contact us for specific substrate capabilities.
